Syncopier — Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026
This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Syncopier subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
New users may get a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and your first charge is taken at that point. Only one trial is allowed per user and payment method.
2. Billing and renewals
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically on your billing date until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then and are not charged again unless you resubscribe. We do not give prorated refunds for unused time or mid-cycle cancellation.
4. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. In exceptional cases we may issue a refund at our discretion; where we do, we may deduct an administrative fee of 30% of the refunded amount. To ask, contact [email protected] with your account details and reason.
Nothing here affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded. If you are a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract, but because a Syncopier subscription starts immediately, by starting the paid Service you request immediate performance and may lose that right or be charged for what you have used. During the free trial you are not charged, so cancelling then costs nothing. Consumers elsewhere may have similar local rights.
5. Failed payments and chargebacks
If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or end your access until payment is made. If you have a billing concern, please contact us before starting a chargeback, which may otherwise lead to your account being suspended.
6. Contact
