Syncopier — Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do when using Syncopier. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and breaking it may lead to suspension or closure of your account.
1. General
Use the Service lawfully, honestly, and only for your own trading. Do not use it in any way that harms the Service, other users, or anyone else.
2. You must not
- break any law or regulation that applies to you or your trading;
- use the Service for fraud, deception, or any attempt to manipulate the market or create a false impression of market activity;
- trade for, or manage accounts belonging to, anyone other than yourself, or set up reverse or mirrored copying to get around a broker's or prop firm's rules;
- break the rules of any broker or prop firm you connect, including rules that limit or ban copy trading;
- share your login details, resell or sub-license access, or let others use your account;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or bypass any security or usage limit;
- upload or spread malware or any harmful code;
- overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service, for example through excessive automated requests;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service, except where the law allows;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
3. Reporting
If you notice misuse, a security issue, or a breach of this policy, tell us at [email protected].
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or close accounts, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
